At KILDE Automation, we have developed a unique, custom-designed smart warehouse and palletizing solution that automates the entire process, from receiving products from production to intelligent warehouse management and optimized mixed palletizing.

During storage, each individual box is automatically scanned and weighed, while traceability data, weight and precise physical dimensions are recorded and stored in the system. This data is later used for intelligent mixed palletizing, where boxes are optimally arranged to ensure the best possible utilization of both pallets and transport capacity. 

The result is a more efficient material flow, fewer manual processes, and significantly improved utilization of warehouse and transportation resources. The need for internal handling is reduced and the risk of shipping partially filled or poorly utilized pallets, contributing to lower logistics costs and more sustainable transportation. 

The solution provides the customer with full traceability, high flexibility, and a future-proof automation platform that supports increased productivity and more efficient shipping.
